Rules: This certificate can be applied towards new patient services only.  This include services performed on the first day you are seen in our office.  This certificate may not be applied towards products for sale in our office.  This certificate may not be exchanged for cash. 
If you decide to purchase additional treatment, you have the legal right to change your mind within three days and receive a refund.
