I moved a not-too-heavy piece of furniture that I had moved in the past, but this time I was in such pain afterward that I really couldn't function normally in day-to-day tasks. A friend recommended Dr. Richards.

After the very first adjustment I was much better and realized that I actually hadn't been pain free in a very long time. After only 2 months I am pain free and on maintenance, and able to function normally and with confidence that I'll stay pain free.

My lower back was hurting so much that it was painful to take a deep breath.

Since coming to Dr. Richards my lower back was much improved on the first visit and I am no longer troubled by it. In addition, he helps me with pain I have had for years in my shoulders, elbows and hands.

I highly recommend Dr. Richards to anyone with a pain issue.

When I first went to see Dr. Richards it was because I wanted to get my little 3 month old boy adjusted. I absolutely had no idea what it meant to get adjusted but as we talked a little bit I also asked him about my own back and neck problems. I've been suffering from neck pains and the resulting headaches for years and also developed back pains since I have had my baby. Doctors always told me to "keep in a strait position" to solve my problems, but whenever I tried I was only able to keep in a straight position for a couple of minutes. Dr. Richards finally offered to adjust me too and without any expectations I consented.

After Dr. Richards adjusted me I was so surprised because I felt an improvement nearly immediately. Suddenly I found it much easier to get in a straight position. It nearly came naturally and without any effort. Now I realized that I've been kind of "blocked" all these years! It's impressive how neck and back problems and headaches improved since that. To be without headaches and back pains is so important while picking up my baby so many times a day!

Thank you Dr. Richards! I definitely recommend everybody to get checked by him. You might suffer from something you didn't even realize!

For years I have had pain and arthritis in my toe and I began walking in a way my toe wouldn't hurt. Then I had problems with my knee and my hip. I became less active but when I joined "Curves", I found out about Dr. Richards. I had once gone to a chiropractor almost 30 years ago.

After 2 weeks with Dr. Richards my hip and knee were perfect! I use [Foot Levelers custom] orthotics in my shoes and have a pair of [Foot Levelers] Sandal-thotics that I use almost everyday in the summer. My legs and feet no longer hurt or sting at the end of each teaching day.

I am more active now and enjoy walking as exercise. I also appreciate that if I ever need to see Dr. Richards between my monthly appointments, he is aways willing to fit me in for an appointment. He has truly changed my life, and I'm always telling others about him! ¡Gracias, Dr. Richards!

After years of physical therapy, treatment with pain medication, and anti-inflammatory medication, I woke up one day and tried to stand. I fell to the floor and could not walk. I was taken to a chiropractor who began treatment right away. Since then I have been to many chiropractors and Dr. Richards has been the best. His treatment style was adjusted to my needs for the injury I have. He takes the time to listen an find out what pains I have and treats them, without a painful adjustment like other doctors have done in the past.

I can walk today without having had the back surgery that my family doctor recommended. I no longer need the pain medication and it is a wonderful feeling! I can live my life and enjoy a nice walk through the park.
Life is good!

I would absolutely recommend this office to others! I am very happy with the care I receive here!

Before coming to see Dr. Richards I had severe headaches and pain radiating down my legs, which kept me from getting a good nights rest. My neck felt as if it could not hold my head upright.

I no longer have headaches or pain radiating down my leg. I find myself resting better at night, have a greater range of motion and more energy. All of these improvements after 6 weeks of treatment!

I would highly recommend Dr. Richards and his staff.

Working, taking care of lawns, is hard on my body. Everything, from un-level ground, heavy lawn mower, leaf blowers and weed-eater, pull on all parts of my body. My lower back, neck, knees, elbows, feet and hands have been hurt. Dr. Richards has worked on all these parts of my body. I come once a month for maintenance.

I am [now] able to work and sleep without my hands going to sleep. My lower back is lots better, any discomfort is from pulled muscles now.

I had been seeing a chiropractor recommended by a friend. I had severe pain in my right muscle/nerve that attaches to the lower back/upper buttocks. I had been in pain for 5 months and hadn't received relief from the treatments. I was then referred to Dr. Richards by a different friend when my usual chiropractor wasn't available. I could hardly move. After one treatment I was pain free. Dr. Richards listened to me and understood what was wrong. I will never go anywhere else.

Chiropractic care has kept me pain free for years. I have better posture and a better understanding of how my body moves.

For the last 13 years of my life at least, I have suffered from severe headaches and neck pain that at times kept me from even turning my neck in a certain direction. I've looked everywhere for an answer to my problem but nothing I tried seemed to work. I was at my wit's end until I found Richards Family Chiropractic. I feel like a new woman! For the first time in over a decade I do not suffer regularly from incapacitating headaches and my pain is finally gone. I can't thank Dr. Richards enough for finally helping me feel like I don't have to live with pain and go through life never knowing when it will hit.

Finally I can go to work and live my life without feeling as if I'm moving through a constant fog of pain. I don't get up in the mornings wondering if this will be another long day of constant headaches and a sore upper neck. I can now get the things that I need to do accomplished without every move I make being one of agony! It may seem as if I am exaggerating but I honestly haven't been this happy in a long, long time...

I have Multiple Sclerosis - a chronic and progressive disease of the central nervous system. My MS has many symptoms, including chronic pain and mobility/balance problems. I had moderate to severe headaches every day for 5+ years. Along with muscle pain/spasms in my neck and shoulders. I was told by my primary care physicians, neurologists and two MS specialist that my headaches were on of the "common symptoms" of MS. Nothing could be done to ease my pain (besides taking a handful of drugs everyday.) After my first visit my headaches eased considerably, and after two weeks of treatment, the headaches were GONE! My chiropractic treatment has also given me some stability to the way I walk and, consequently, I have fewer
problems with dizziness and falling. My adjustments have helped me more than any prescription drugs I have taken and I will be forever grateful to Dr.Richards for his excellent care.

With chronic pain comes depression and anxiety. My headaches were making me miserable and now they're GONE! Chiropractic care has greatly improved the quality of my life. Thank You SO MUCH, Dr.Richards!

Many years ago I was in a rear-end collision. For years I suffered from neck pain, left arm going to sleep and tingling. Dr. Richards made it so much better right away and with monthly visits to re-adjust everything, I can sleep comfortably, and can use my left arm as usual!

Over the months I have had lower back pain and the beginning of a frozen shoulder, and with every visit I feel better, and continue to improve with his guidance, patience, and expertise.

Dr. Richards, his office, staff and facilities is professional, organized, and he always makes me feel so much better physically and mentally.

I first met Dr. Richards in 2004 at a local Curves. He was doing free bone density screenings for the members [of a Health Club]. Dr. Richards noticed that I had checked off severe headaches on the health form I filled out. I explained that I had been to several doctors and spent a small fortune without finding relief. Dr. Richards was confident he could help me. I was skeptical, but made an appointment for a consultation.

Dr. Richards very carefully explained that the road to wellness would take persistence. I told him that I didn’t have a lot of money for treatment, but he said he would work with me. In the end I did see results and my headaches grew less frequent.

Thanks to Dr. Richards, my headaches have decreased and my use of pain medication has decreased. I now have my life back.

Before working at the Postal Service, I was in the construction industry, and it seemed that there was some constant ache, pain, or sore muscles that I was always dealing with. I decided to give chiropractic a try. I was amazed at the difference of how I felt! If I could afford it I would see a chiropractor each day of the week.

I feel better over all since seeing Dr. Richards. When I have my back and body aligned a great percentage of the time, it refreshes my system and eliminates those nagging aches and pains that are caused by being misaligned.

I received a flyer about Dr. Richards office and decided to give it a try. I had been having almost daily headaches and mid-back pain.

After coming the first time, my headaches diminished and my back pain decreased. I no longer have headaches and mid-back pain is non-existent. I feel so much better!

I have had migraines for 7-8 years and have tried every drug out there. I was having 2-4 migraines a week and it was getting worse. My physician wanted to put me on pain killer and that was not something that I wanted to do. So I thought I would try Dr. Richards.

I have been coming to Dr.Richards for a little over a month and in that time have had only one migraine headache. I have got back to my normal life!

I would recommend anyone to that office, especially with migraines!

I was having really bad headaches three to four times daily. I had a spinal screening done at Curves in Brevard and found out that I had an imbalance. I started seeing Dr. Richards and after just one adjustment, I started feeling better. Now after having treatment for one month, I haven’t been having headaches like I was.

I am now able to work throughout the whole day without having to stop here and there to take medicine, or go into a dark room for a while to get rid of my headache.
