Dr. Richards is my life saver! We met at a bone density screening. At the time I was hunched over and my spine was twisted. I started regular visits on 11-18-02 and [at that time I was] 5’2”. Although my spine has been challenging – Dr. Richards has given my 1½ inches of my height back to me! No Surgery! He is a very gifted chiropractor and I am grateful to have found him.

I have more mobility and can walk a bit farther. This has given me a better sense of freedom in my life. My sense of humor is back too!

As a teacher, I deal with stress in a multitude of ways. To have a headache periodically really didn’t alarm me. Then the frequency and severity of my headaches began to increase. While working out at Curves [fitness center] one evening, I met Amanda [Dr. Richards’ Assistant]. She did a screening on my back and after talking with her I decided to see Dr. Richards about the headaches.

My headaches are gone! I’ve also had improved posture and the stretches have helped increase my flexibility.

Not only has the chiropractic helped me, but the staff here is wonderful!
