The Winning Picture
In 2004 the National Association for Down Syndrome chose this picture to be featured (along with others) for the start of the Buddy Walk in Time Square. We were so excited that we had to go and see it ourselves!
It was truly amazing to see our little guy up in lights in Time Square, waving out to all the people with his cheerful smile.
They say lightening doesn't strike twice, but for us it did. In 2006 he was chosen again! Unfortunately we were unable to get to NY the second time.
